Guest Communication - The Host Co

The Host Co adds hotel-like amenities to your short-term rentals and you profit from every purchase. From chef to massage, rentals, fresh flowers or in-home shopping, you can add upscale items guests rave about — while making up to 30% more per booking. Your store has inventory management, theft prevention, concierge service and more. And it’s free for hosts, always. Create stores for all of your listings — whether you have one or a hundred.

Steps for integration:

1. Sign up or log in to your The Host Co account.

2. Once logged into the dashboard, click Partners on the top bar.

3. On the Partners page, click Start Now under OwnerRez.

4. On the next page, click Continue.

5. An authorization window will pop up, and you must click Authorize TheHostCo.

6. Once authorized, you will be shown your properties that have been imported from OwnerRez. Select the ones you'd like to create stores for, then click Create Stores.

7. The next screen will ask if you'd like to add generic items to all your stores. You can skip and do this later.

8. You will then see all the properties you selected now have their own stores. Lastly, you can copy the store links and add them to your OwnerRez email templates that you send out to guests.

What Data is Transmitted:

  • Property Name, First Photo, Zipcode, City, and State.
