Properties - Amenities

Listing your property's amenities enhances transparency and helps potential renters make informed decisions. Clear amenity details create trust, set accurate expectations, and attract guests seeking specific comforts, ultimately elevating their satisfaction and your property's appeal.

Add or Remove Amenities

Users can add or remove Accessibility Amenities by navigating to the specific Property > Listing Content > Amenities > Change.

Property > Listing Content > Amenities > Change

Note that the property Type field may be different for each listing channel listed. Go ahead and add or remove all applicable property amenities and click Save.

Users should also note any Property Field Quirks that may affect their property amenities.

Accessibility Amenities

It is important to note that for all API-connected Airbnb properties that have set Accessibility Amenities, Airbnb requires at least one photo for each Accessibility Amenity. For more specific Airbnb information, see the Airbnb article for hosts, Adding Accessibility Features to Listings.

Users can add or remove Accessibility Amenities by navigating to the specific Property > Listing Content > Accommodations > Change > Accessibility.

Accessibility Amenities can and, if available, should be set for each Room. See also the Instructions to add Accessibility Amenities to Rooms.

It will take some time to run through and properly create rooms and associate photos with the correct rooms, but once you do it once, you're all set!
