In ResortCleaning, add your Property/Properties manually or use our Upload tool.
- From within your ResortCleaning account, click on Integrations and then OwnerRez
- If you’ve already connected your OwnerRez account in the past and simply updating information, you will be taken to the property integration setup page. If this is your first time setting up your integration, you can skip to step 3.
- Click the green button labelled Connect to OwnerRez.
- NOTE: You will need to be logged into your OwnerRez account at this point to be able to proceed. You will be directed to an authorization page. Simply click the green Authorize button. You are now connected to OwnerRez.
- If you haven’t mapped your properties in ResortCleaning to your OwnerRez properties, Click the blue Configure Properties button
- Map the properties in ResortCleaning to the properties you have in OwnerRez
- Click the green Update button
Your properties are now connected to OwnerRez! You will begin seeing your reservations come through within an hour. If you do not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you've set up your properties, you can begin setting up your Cleaning Companies. Your cleaning companies should get an email notification and will need to setup their accounts if they don't already have one.
