Line Item Pivot reports are useful for vacation rental business owners who need to analyze large sets of financial data quickly. They can help identify trends and patterns that may not be immediately apparent from looking at individual bookings or calendar data. By providing a clear visual representation of your OwnerRez financial data, Line Item Pivot reports can also help communicate financial information and trends to your stakeholders. Users can sort and/or filter the data by different criteria, such as by specific time periods, listing sites, booking criteria and more.
To create a Line Item Pivot report, navigate to Reports > Detail Reports > Line Item Pivot.
Ownerrez users can outline the report criteria by selecting from the following fields to include.
- Which properties
- Time period
- Which listing sites from the drop-down list/filter
- Filter by the following stay dates options.
- Any stay during period
- Use arrival date
- Use departure date
- Use booked date
- Choose the Report grouping from the drop-down list/filter
- Selecting None will provide a complete summary
- Selecting other groupings will result in "mini reports" for each group with a Grand Total summary displayed at the top.
Click on Run Report.
The Line Item Pivot Report will preview below with a summary of records displayed with totals listed at the bottom of the report preview.
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Line Item Pivot Report.
