Use your own payment processor
You can have an unlimited number of payment methods. The only limitation is that each property can only be associated with one credit card payment method, although you could have multiple credit card payment methods, each associated with a different property.

Security Deposit Holds
Security deposit holds provide a way that you can guarantee that you'll be able to charge the guest's credit card for any damages, even if they canceled the card during their stay.
Refundable Damage Deposits (RDD)
Some property owners prefer to receive actual funds from their guests for a security deposit, then return those funds after the guest has left if there's no damage.
Damage Protection Insurance
Damage Protection is a feature that covers your property against the accidental damage a guest might do while at your property. It's an insurance policy that covers accidental damage for a particular guest and set of dates and paid for on a booking by booking basis.
Taxes
Taxes can get complicated but OwnerRez tries to simplify them for you as much as possible. Based on the information you set, the software will add tax line-items to quotes and bookings, and send tax rules to channels that support it. So when guests make bookings on those channels, those taxes will pass through to you to remit.
