If you want to keep your guests happy, it's important to keep your properties clean!
In the long term, OwnerRez is investigating adding a more full-featured Housekeeping and Maintenance module with scheduling and trouble-ticketing capabilities. We also have API integration with several companies that specialize in providing these abilities.
At present, OwnerRez offers one simple scheduling ability for housekeeping: you can specify a particular day for a property to be cleaned after a booking, which will be displayed on the booking popup in the ribbon and other displays.
To enter a cleaning date, go to the Booking's Overview tab, and click the Change / Move button:
