i-checkin allows you to automate guest access for your properties. Control both the common and vacation rental doors simultaneously through an intercom and electronic lock. Guests' smartphones are used as temporary keys, ensuring convenience. Full automation of the check-in process is guaranteed through seamless integration with OwnerRez.
Steps for integration:
1. Navigate to Settings > Workflow & Devices > Door Locks > Maintained by Third Parties > Connect i-checkin.
2. In the popup modal, click on Open the i-checkin Website to complete the i-checkin Door Lock Integration.
The i-checkin lock integration is maintained by a third-party unaffiliated with OwnerRez. Users must first sign up or register with the application to connect to this integration.
Any lock changes or integration settings will be made through the i-checkin application outside OwnerRez. Any support questions or technical problems with this integration should be directed to i-checkin.
3. Sign up or log in to i-checkin: https://manage.i-checkin.net/
4. Go to Integrations and select Add new integration.
5. Click Integrate OwnerRez.
6. You will then be taken to an OwnerRez authorization screen. Sign in if you aren't already, then Authorize i-checkin.
Once authorized, your properties and bookings are automatically synced and displayed with an OR icon next to them.
7. Go back into OwnerRez Settings, Door Locks, and click Connect Manual Locks. Create a lock and label this lock as i-checkin. Make sure to assign all properties to that lock.

8. Create an email template inside OwnerRez via the link below. This will include the field code to pull in the door code for that particular booking.
