Can you confirm which notes field this is checking, is it only the guest CRM notes or does it check the booking notes as well??…

Yep! Seasons can have minimum nights and/or minimum weekend nights.

"On which floor" is only relevant for listings that are single floor listings. You should probably leave it blank for the "Entire Home" listing.

We've got a pending update to support "shift + click" on those checkbox lists. That should be released in the next week or so. We've also got longer term plans to add "select all" and "clear" options…

We did not add a merge field for last 4 of phone because that's a bit too specific.
