  • It's Wednesday, so let's talk updates!

This past week, we released a small part of the "long term stuff" I referenced last Wednesday. But what long term stuff, you say??! Think messaging. Think hosted sites. Think texting. Yeah okay, texting is kind of part of messaging.

In the next few weeks and months, you'll see that area grow more and more. There are some exciting things going on with Host...

    Now let's talk messaging!

Most OwnerRez clients have not yet seen or experienced the new SMS feature, so I apologize for mentioning stuff you may not be able to see yet! 😇 But oh well, here I go anyway...

Make sure broken stuff is actually acknowledged and addressed.

If I made a list of the top 10 items that are most...

  • ...s...  Thanks for your candor!  I appreciate your frustration, believe me, and 2022 was supposed to be "the year of accounting" over here.  We've had a lot of meetings about it and tasked out a lot of stuff.  Frankly, we continue growing on many fronts and have had to tackle some major PM and Channel work along with some dev-ops and sys-ops stuff to handle the growth.  We pride ourselves on having solid...
  • Yep! We'll be adding a cleaning date as part of our next update to PM and the portal stuff. Fear not, the cleaning date itself on the booking will be part of the base package.

    Allow customization also (horseshoe pit/quaits)

start perhaps with amenities/real estate features from hotel/real estate/camping sites that are fairly standard (at least for USA/Canada).
