Sounds like a useful tool that does a lot of what I've been looking for in the past. Anyone have any actual experience with this and how it competes with other solutions? I'm currently using OR's built-in rental agreement and collecting IDs manually via email and then using TouchStay as a guest portal/guidebook.

I’ve started using it. The main thing it’s missing right now is the ability to map guest form responses in charge automation back to the OwnerRez custom fields. Charge Automation support said they are planning to get that festure in Q2 of this year, but we’ll see. I don’t love their pricing pixel taking a % of upsell payments. But overall the look and feel of the checkin process is nice and look professional when a custom subdomain is used instead of the free charge automation one. I think guests get nervous clicking links and putting their info into a domain called “charge automation” and I wish the branding was different.
