Rate Check Widget for Direct Booking Websites

Would it be possible to develop a widget to show guests the cost savings associated with booking directly on our websites? I found this recently and thought it would be a powerful comparison tool.

I really really really want to integrate with direct booking tools as well but you'll see my post there. OwnerRez has refused to make the "minor additions to their code" . Please please please OwnerRez!!!
