Improved Email History Filter

Suggestion to improve the filter capabilities in email history - hover tip to inform users how to use entity ID (eg. cannot just paste ORB12323) or just strip the ORB automatically - allow filtering on NOT opened emails (currently can do Opened but that's much less useful) - add picklist of guest names in TO field, sorted by oldest arrival date |
