Hi folks.

Is there a way in Owner Rez to hide the Airbnb listing with API connection on a schedule automatically?

I'd like to set some of my listings  live on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 am and 8 pm and the rest of the dates have it inactive/snoozed so they don't appear in Airbnb searches.

Thanks!

There is not, and, I'm not clear what the purpose of this would be?  Generally you'd want your property to be visible for searches at any time - if there are dates you don't want to be booked, there are other ways to block them out without making the entire property invisible.

Hello Ken.

The purpose of this feature is because in Europe, in my case Madrid, we are facing quite a political prosecution from city halls, even having a license for more that 10 years, looks like we are now the responsibles for the high prices in the market, and any other problems they can come up with.

By snoozing the listings, for example on city hall's "working hours", they wouldn't be able to find and track the listings for later suing processes, so being invisible is exactly what we are looking for here.

I'm aware that many people do this manually, I actually have a little script done in Python to do it (40 listings), but it makes me to be logged in my laptop and trigger it manually.

Discussing this feature with some associates, many of them have moved to Gesty because it looks like it's the only PM who has this feature, and paying quite a bit for this PM just to have this feature.

I might have to do so, hopefully you'll consider to implement it :)
