Rates

I wondering how could I set a lower rate for specific dates.

Let's say that I have two reservations. One until Apr 17 and one from Apr 20. Since Apr 18 and 19 is not booked and it's in the middle of the week, I would like to lower the rate for this particular property for those two nights.

Or on the opposite side, let's say that the town is booked, my property becomes available, it's a weekend, there is a huge event going on and I would like to increase the price for this particular weekend.

What would be the easiest way to do so?

Thank you!

Re: Rates

We don't have a separate spot pricing capability, although that is planned to be added later this year.

For the time being the best way to do this is to create a specific dates season for those dates with a higher priority and create a rate inside it. That will override the normal pricing for that period with the different rate.

Set that up and use the rate tester to verify it. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll take a look at what you get set up.
