I created an auto trigger for check in instructions to run at "0 day before booking has arrived at 12:00 PM" and the message never went through. I had to manually send the message at 12:01pm .
Why is that, or did it actually go through and I just cant see the message on the airbnb app? Cant see how thats a possibility but it could happen I guess.

We did have an issue last week that was causing some extremely minor delays in emails, to be sure that this is the culprit we'd want you to email in to Help@OwnerRez.com with details of the email and affected reservation so we can take a look at your specific issue.
