Is there a way to modify the fields displayed in a 3rd party alert?

They are working great but there is additional info I want to include in the alert. Is there a way to do this?

Not directly no, however there are workarounds. A common one would be to create a custom template/trigger, we briefly mention that here: https://www.ownerreservations.com/support/articles/third-party-communications-options#custom-trigger
