  Hello! We're currently working on a lot of groundwork to make this possible, which will be released in the new year. Automatic (or recurring) Expenses is on the roadmap for 2023, probably in Q2 or Q3.

  Me too... I'm looking for other PMS just because OR Statement, Expenses, Recurring Expenses... are all too "weak" solution :(

  I love OR but as I'm growing I can't keep using excel to generate a readable statements (OR statements are not readable)

  Yes, it is on the roadmap for 2023! We're doing some other large PM expenses work first to make way for recurring ones. There is already a request thread for it though, so closing this one.

  While there is no way (just yet) to automatically log a recurring monthly expense, you can log an expense to an owner or a property -- not just to a booking. Go to PM > Expenses and there you can add an expense that's assigned to an owner or a property.

  I am just setting up my account and was searching for how to do this. Such a shame it isn't there already. I need to set up a recurring charge to cover the changeover clean after each booking. We employ our own cleaners so need to take this expense from the owner statement and pay it to ourselves for each booking.   I just came here to request this as well. I would love to set up all my monthly charges as recurring. Even just an option to duplicate a past expense would be helpful!
