Easy to use, great Customer service

My experience from the very start has been great. I really like their user interface and support. The way they communicate their how-to's makes using the system very easy. It's not technical, its very user friendly. They also give examples in their how-to's which help explain how to use a feature - very helpful.

Robust system with amazing support

I recommend OwnerRez to every property manager I meet. Enough said. It covers everything I need it to do. They're always adding more features. Customer service is timely and knowledgable. Switched From Boostly. Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: Boostly didn't have the features I needed, and customer support was in it's early stages, so not what I needed.

The Eagle Has Landed

Very supportive with gentle, tactful reminders on the implementation progress and the remaining time left to fulfill the Client's portion of the implementation obligation. Always felt like we had a 'lifeline' we could call while migrating our data from another existing Owner Rez client. The integration with VRBO, credit card payment management, integration with QuickBooks On-Line, integration with our housekeeping vendor's software, prospective guest inquiry management notifications
