I just updated our Quote Acceptance page to include a few Guest fillable custom fields. One of the fields is called Airport Pick-Up.
I would love to be able to schedule a trigger message follow up based on the answer to that question/field. So if someone said YES they would like airport pick up I could send an email that requested the other information I need like Airport, Airline, Arrival time, number of people etc.
This feature could also be used for early and late check out requests or additional cleaning requests etc.
Quotes generally are a whole area that is not connected to triggers. Perhaps its one of the Christmas goodies hinted at. 😉
I would love to trigger a message with link to Golf Cart Rental Agreement if the guest indicates that they would like to rent that.
