Perfect Price is a provider of AI-powered dynamic pricing for vacation rentals. Unlike other competitors, who provide exclusively rule-based systems, Perfect Price incorporates enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence (AI), to optimize prices based on the most up-to-date available market data. OwnerRez is conveniently integrated to Perfect Price via API, making the setup process simple and providing the quickest and most secure integration possible!
Once you enable the connection, Perfect Price will update OwnerRez pricing automatically by populating Spot Rates with our calculated nightly rates. Perfect Price nightly rates override any existing seasonal rates and (optionally) minimum night rules for the applicable nights. You can still set seasonal rules in OwnerRez, as well as any surcharges like guest fees or cleaning fees.
Setup
To connect Perfect Price to your OwnerRez account, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Properties section in your OwnerRez account and review your properties to make sure that the address, latitude, and longitude are populated for each property.
Property address and latitude/longitude are required for this integration. Perfect Price uses this information in its pricing algorithms to understand trends and demand fluctuations in the surrounding area. If a property doesn't have them yet, go to the Location tab of the Property and populate them before continuing.
- Next, make sure you’re logged in to your Perfect Price account and head over to the “connect PMS” page in the Perfect Price application. If you don’t already have a Perfect Price Account, you can sign up for a 1-month risk-free trial here.
- From the drop-down menu, select your ‘PMS Vendor’ for this integration: OwnerRez
- You will be redirected to OwnerRez. If you have not logged in to your account yet, you will be asked to do so first:
- Click “Authorize Perfect Price” upon authorization prompt:
- You’ll see the following screen notifying you that Perfect Price and OwnerRez are in the process of connecting:
- Once Perfect Price has integrated the properties, you’ll receive an email confirmation that the integration is complete along with a link that will direct you to the Units landing page.
- This is where you’ll be able to do things like set up pricing for the first time.
- Congratulations, you're all set!
Notes
The only data transmitted from Perfect Price to OwnerRez is the specific new Spot Price for affected dates, and (optionally) minimum nights rule for the applicable nights.
