Overall, I've been very happy with OwnerRez and don't see myself shifting any time soon. I look forward to continuing to grow with and learn more about OR and everything it has to offer. I love the reporting functionality of OR and probably what I use most. Fantastic! I'm very new and still learning a lot, but overall very happy with the capabilities. I just need more practice with all the settings. Steve did an amazing job answering my questions and when going through those questions, he would notice other setting that needed attention. He was so patient in explaining and making proper changes to the settings.

My overall experience with Ownerrez has been phenomenal. Even though it was a steep learning curve, the customer support, the help articles, and the help videos have been more than supportive in ensuring I had a smooth onboarding process. The features & integrations OR provides (security deposit, rental agreement, etc.) really help me to start my Airbnb last year.
