Messaging - SMS Brands Support

If the user's brand has been rejected and they confirmed their info is correctly entered (or if they've already resubmitted like we advise in SMS Brands but then got rejected again), OR Support should then try to Reset Brand Registration, then resubmit the brand details as follows:

  1. Impersonate and go to the SMS Numbers page.
  2. Click "Reset Brand Registration" at the top.
  3. Resubmit the Brand form.
  4. Wait a few minutes and then click the "Check Brand Status" button (this is done automatically in a background service every 30 mins, but for "immediate" feedback, use the button).
  5. If that doesn't resolve it, escalate.

Please NOTE: Remove the +1 country code on the front of their phone number, if it is present, on the SMS Brand submission form before submitting. That seems to fix most of the ones that have failed.
