Property Management - Owner Instructions For Portal Access

Please pardon the incompleteness while we work on this. We have made the article visible in the meantime because the content may be useful.

If you are an owner of a property that is managed using OwnerRez, your property manager will give you portal access. If your PM has not granted you portal access, ask them to do so as described here.  They must do so before you will be able to follow the steps below.

Using Your Portal Access Account:

1. Once your PM grants you a Portal Access account, you will receive an email similar to the one below. Click "Reset your password".

2. You will be taken to a password reset page. Enter in the password you would like to use to login with OwnerRez, then click Save Password and Sign In.

3. You will be taken to a page where you can click Log In.

4. Now you will be logged into your dashboard. If you were granted full access, it will look like the first image below. If you were granted partial access, it will look like the second image below.

 

If you are having any issues in your dashboard, reach out to your PM. Your PM may need to grant you specific access to items you are looking for.
