OwnerRez has partnered with Whimstay to provide an integrated API connection between the two systems. This allows OwnerRez users to easily handle their listings and bookings from Whimstay. Our Channel Management feature is extremely powerful and can greatly simplify your channel advertising. Learn how it works by reading our Channel Management Overview article.
Our integration pushes listing content, rates, availability, and rules to Whimstay. Whimstay will send you bookings with full charge details and credit card information. Once the integration process has started, it will take 24 hours before you will see the properties listed on Whimstay. After that, property data will be updated daily and calendar availability will be updated every 2 hours.
To get the integration process started:
- Inside OwnerRez, go to Settings > API Integrations > Connect a Channel, then select Connect Whimstay.
- Make sure to configure the channel settings and save.
- Once you save, you will be shown your Account ID. Set up a quick (15-minute) onboarding call with your Account Manager by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and providing them with you OwnerRez Account ID.
