Excellent. The customer service is exceptional. Most of my emails are answered within a few hours and are very helpful. Unlike other platforms, I feel that the support team really knows how to help. I'm not being asked to repeat my question over and over or being redirected to another department.
Once I figured out how to use ownerrez, it is amazing. I love the ability to send rental agreements and collect security deposits as well as sign up for additional services like rental guardian
It's a steep learning curve. I think setting up templates and triggers can be quite difficult and not intuitive, especially having to set up ones for Airbnb and non-Airbnb.
