Hello, we have disabled damage deposits but guests are still prompted for pay a damage deposit when they sign the rental agreement.  What am I missing?

Unfortunately, at present OwnerRez doesn't have functionality for that.  However, most email clients have the ability to set up a filter to detect emails of a particular type and forward them onwards…

Feature Requests » API Endpoint for Rooms?

Thanks for this.  I was able to query the amenities endpoint and parse the rooms data.  Its limited and relies heavily on string manipulation but works.  A rooms endpoint would certainly be ideal.

Anyone know if there is an endpoint for property rooms.  I found the field for bedroomsCount but can't seem to pull the bed info from either properties to listings endpoints.
