Not exactly, but, you can go to the main Bookings display screen, choose List view, and use the Filters to find bookings that have/have not signed the contract, provided a credit card, etc.

I don't believe so, but, don't you yourself have to apply the discount for payments by check or Zelle, so you could enforce the restriction yourself?

The system is not designed for you to delete this data, it's intended to preserve it. So, no, we don't want to streamline this.

No, and this is intentional - you don't want it publicly known what dates are actually occupied by a guest, vs blocked for some other reason. That's tempting to thieves.
