VRBO is not going to stay in the lead IMO. In 2015 80-85% of my bookings were VRBO. Now it is hovering around 30% and I am halfway or more booked for the year.

I created a manual quote, and entered person's email, and clicked the box However system did not seem to have saved the email. I had to open saved quote, edit info, and add email again.

Yes this would work! I got an email frpm inquirer why the rates on my rates website page were different (by a few $) from the quoted. That it because I cannot keep up updating them in many places :) …
