Can tags and other booking field criteria be added to the Form Messages?
Not sure exactly what you mean? You can use Tags in Triggers, to control which message templates are sent out. It's a bit unclear how we'd use Tags in the actual messages - there can be any number of them, so... a bullet list? That doesn't seem particularly useful.
Hi Ken Sorry I didn't make that clear. It was more about using tags to control which Form Messages get displayed for a booking. Rather than displaying the tags themselves in the form messages.
So for example, if a booking has Tag A then show a message. If a booking has Tag B then don't show a message or show an alternative message.
In a multilingual environment, I am looking for ways to make the booking forms easier to navigate for non-English speakers. Currently, the only criteria we can use for form messages is property assignment.
I would love this! I use tags for if guests have added the hot tub, sleeper sofa, etc. I would love to be able to add details to the e-mail, based on the tags they've selected!
