Need to run a report for add-ons/surcharges

We'd like to add more add-ons for our guests via the surcharge function, but unfortunately, we don't see an easy way to run a report or get an alert when the purchase is made.  We can do a line item pivot report, but it's a bit tedious to dig through.  Do you have any plans in the near future for a notification system for surcharges? Or perhaps a dedicated report for surcharges that we could run once a week or every morning before our guests start arriving, for example?  Thanks for considering!

We're still waiting for this feature.  Do you have an update on when it might be available?

Since there have been only 2 upvotes in a year, I doubt it's at the top of the priority list.  It does make sense though, and I suspect it might come along sometime after the current guest portal overhaul work, which among many many other things would potentially increase the usefulness of a report of this kind.

Understood. I’m thinking that if you’re in motion making tags automated (based on triggers), perhaps that would solve the problem. A guest buys a baby crib or a gift basket and the booking gets automatically tagged with that item. Then, we can run a report based on the tag or at the very least see it on the daily checklist. Might that work?

Yes, tag automation is indeed planned for this year, so I think you're on the right track with that.
