Long term guests want to pay monthly. It would be helpful to be able to set up multiple payments by date in an initial quote and have that information display in the email summary.
As it is, guests who think they are paying monthly get confused when they see the stay total. If you don’t “catch” a booking made close to check in date, the guest gets charged for the full stay before you can set up multiple payments.
Been on the list for years.....add your vote and maybe they will move it up the priority list.
Very Much Needed as any rental company occasionally will have to deal with both long and short term.
Is everyone happy with only two payments? I would think this would have more support.
The ability to have flexible payments would also help dealing with longer term rentals.
We sure aren’t! It’s a big pain to have to step into the automated process and fill in amounts and dates.
They’d be getting ahead of the curve as more and more cities, like San Diego, limit the number of str’s and more hosts will turn to longer stays.
