You want to segment your mailing list so you can target newsletters to a specific audience. Content that applies to a specific audience will get better response than general content blasted to everyone. You may either send completely different newsletters to somebody who inquired and didn't book, vs those that booked.
Or you might send the same newsletter, but use some logic fields to reference when they stayed, or inquired, etc. to make the message personalized to their situation.
E-blasts still work for us. I keep my list under 2K so I can use the free version of MC. Our open rate is about 30% with about 6% clicks.
Were you able to copy the pop-up form within OR headers? If so, where do we do that?
We are building out an integration between OR and Mailchimp right now. Let me know if you’re interested in using it too and I can talk to our developer about getting you access to it. It would sync contacts and tags from OR to Mailchimp. We might look at an ActiveCampaign integration as well.
Interested. I think this integration could provide a lot of value!
Also very interested. Please let us know!
hello @ arriveandthrive.co
Likely we will do Zapier integration which will allow for Mailchimp plus myriad other email marketing solution options (e.g., Constant Contact).

Thanks Shawn. That would be a huge upgrade. I’ll keep my eyes peeled!
Would like to see this get some more effort. Been waiting for a while.
I agree about segments not needed at our level.
