Guest can choose the amount of Optional Charge

When choosing an optional charge at checkout, the guest can choose the number or amount needed of that Charge. For example, an optional charge would be Beer & Wine with dinner. The guest can choose the amount of people that would like this included in the bill, rather than the current default which is all adults. Instead the guest could choose the number of adults this applied to. (because not all the adults may want to drink)
