Can the owners have a Balance Due Email and a Security Deposit Due Email to send out? It can be an optional thing, if not everyone wants to do this. My guests really appreciate these letters, even though it will automatically be done now (if paid via CC). Especially, the ones paying via check, appreciate these emails. I send them out 2 weeks prior to 30/60 days prior to arrival. Plenty of time for them to put money in their account, if need be, and send the checkout in time.

What you're referring to is the scheduled reminders that we're going to be support in the future. That's the functionality you're looking for. They'll alert the guest that it's time to pay again so that they remember to send their check in.
