I've noticed that a few of my guests have "reviewed" more than once. I have a trigger sent to email, and text the review link to the guests 1 day after check-out. So my question is this, is it possible for them to be getting a request from Airbnb AND myself? Or since I'm using the API with ABB, my review link is essentially the same as if it's coming from ABB?
Do I need to send a review link to them if they are already getting one from ABB & VRBO?
I went back and adjusted my settings to only send out the review link to those who direct book, as I don't want to annoy people and having them fill out a review more than once.
It is best not to ask for an OwnerRez review from your Airbnb and Vrbo guests - you're better off letting them write the review directly in those channels, and then import it from there into OwnerRez.
