Yes, I still work here! We've been adding some new people (and training them) so you'll start seeing new names flying around.
We've heard from other users that the Android browser on Android smartphones has some difficulty at times. Those same users have had better luck downloading and using other browsers for their Android phone. I know of two - Firefox and Chrome for Android.
