For a while now, we've been talking about a Housekeeping module for OwnerRez.
Well... we're still talking about it. But we do have one initial feature that may be useful to many of you: a way to schedule a property to be cleaned on a specific day after a booking. Read about that here:
Are there plans to expand on this at all - so that (am) or (pm) could be included? it would be very useful in reports and also possibly Notes for cleaner?
We've decided not to include or add any further housekeeping-scheduling features in the foreseeable future. It turns out there's a lot of complexity there, and we have solid integrations with partners who do an excellent job of providing full-featured solutions for those who need them.
What about simply moving the Portal Access feature out of the PM module and into the "regular" area? I would think that most customers here would appreciate the ability to use Portal Access to make the housekeeping schedule available to our housekeepers.
