Is it possible for me or you to start with a 0 (zero) count on my INQUIRIES? Might be left behind from testing days. Now that I am on the Hosting Website, the only notification I get is through the COUNT on inquiries, for now. Can I or you clear the count? Only the count. Not the inquiries.
Yep, here's how to do it:
1) Go to the Inquiries tab
2) Click the Attention header twice to sort on that descending so you get the unanswered ones first
3) Switch to showing 100 at a time (so you can pick a bunch) and then hit the batch button
4) Once you're in batch mode, click the select all icon at the top to select the entire page
5) Hit Mark As > Answered
Repeat as necessary, going through the pages, until you've marked all of the unanswered ones as answered. That'll 0 out the count.
Perfect! Back to Zero now.
