on the amenities page for properties, could you add "walk to park/playground?"

i realize it might not be on listing sites for whatever reason, but it is a big thing for attracting families - for our hosted websites, eg. we have a nice one 3 blocks away.

you have space to the right of trampoline. BTW, trampolines are becoming a big insurance no-no

I've noted this on our list for the next time we do an amenities update.

Yea, that literally drives where some families buy a home, whether or not there is a playground nearby! I am surprised that is not on listing sites as an amenity?

There's a difference between what people look for in a purchase vs. a vacation.

exactly. Some suggestions are not very VR-related. Such amenities can be in property description.

What matters most is the amenities that make the top filters. Even if "playground" was a listed amenity on the channels, the top (front page, search) filters don't reference it, and don't reference 75% of all the other amenities, so there's no way for guests to narrow down the list based on that. In other words, they can't say "show me only houses with playgrounds". So the only way anyone would know is by clicking on all 47 results and searching each page one by one.
