How many inquiries did you get last year?
And which ones ended up booking? Our clients know that and a lot more.
The majority of your inquiries probably come through listing sites like HomeAway or VRBO or your own website. Since inquiries come in email form, you can't easily track and book based on that information, at least not without doing double entry.
We've fixed the problem. By providing a "middle tier" that intercepts the email, we've enabled owners to prepare quotes with just a few clicks and track which bookings came from which inquiries. Sort of like this...
We're working on dozens of ideas to make this process even better. The goal is to give you the cleanest, fastest, most-intuitive, most-complete inquiry experience possible. Take a look at what we've done so far...
Convert to a quote with one click
Instead of having to manually enter all the inquiry details (arrival date, guest name, etc) by hand, you can simply generate a quote with one click.
Verify against the original email
As your inquiries come in, our system parses each email and pulls out the inquiry info (arrival date, guest name, etc). You can verify/correct it in a few clicks.
Answer fast while being polite and thorough
Our email forms are pre-filled with different messages depending on the status (available, missing info, etc), but you can also send your own custom message.
Know the availability immediately
On the inquiry overview page, we show the dates that the guest requested overlayed on top of a calendar strip, showing you instantly if what they requested is available.
View and categorize non-inquiry inquiries
Sometimes the listing sites send you email messages that aren't inquiries. From spam to account notifications, we make sure you can view and categorize those emails easily.
Understand where your inquiries are
Our inquiries overview page allows you to quickly see your history across all your properties along with the listing sites that sent them and current statuses.
