If you are integrated with the Airbnb API, you can send and receive messages through the Airbnb messaging center in OwnerRez. This gives you the flexibility to message guests directly using Airbnb services.
Custom Airbnb Templates
With the Airbnb API connection, you can create customized messages specifically for Airbnb. This allows you to keep your email templates and Airbnb templates separated so you can stay organized.
Once you've written your Custom Airbnb Template, you can use the Trigger feature to determine when it will be sent. You can configure the Trigger to send the Template a certain number of days before/after arrival, or when a specific event occurs.
All Airbnb messages sent and received can be found in your OwnerRez inbox. In there you'll also find any Email or SMS messages you've sent to the guest. Each message will have a label letting you know where the message came from, and you can choose to reply any way you'd like.
