Airbnb Rule-Sets

Hi, 

Newbie here and we've just integrated our Airbnb accounts to OR. However, we are encountering problems such as rule-sets/pricing set on Airbnb gets removed and we'd have to re-do it. What do you think is the problem here and where should we apply this kind of pricing in OR?

Would appreciate any help you guys can extend.

Once you are API connected, you'd want to view OwnerRez as your command center. The API will overwrite most things on Airbnb & Vrbo, like rule sets. There are a few places where the channels seem to Beta test. For example, the cards that pop up on your listing at Airbnb "tell us about your backyard" "tell us about your stove" etc., those metadata boxes do 'stick' when you complete them on Airbnb, but most listing content will sync from OwnerRez.

Is there any work around for this? 

I use rule sets to create date specific last minute discounts, gap pricing and special length of stay discounts that dynamic pricing software like wheelhouse or pricelabs can't do.

It would be a major disappointment if not possible as I know other platforms like Hostaway and Hostfully allow for rule sets to pass through.
