Update Number 0.7.0

Summary

This update is a major overhaul of the website and the official transition from private beta to public beta.  The original, placeholder website only contained an announcement of the forthcoming application and a few cryptic bullets about the features.  The new website, released with this update, fills out the features and adds a blog and community forum.
