Summary
This is a maintenance update that fixes and enhances lots of small things, mostly regarding email, payments and security deposits.

- Added options to property billing pages to allow the security deposit to be turned off
- Added billing detail section to quotes so that anything that is configured at the property level can be overridden at the quote level
- Added new email section to bookings that shows email types, when they were last sent and buttons send/resend
- Added new email options to create booking and blocked-off time pages to disable sending email
- Updated email sections to show preview versions of each email type
- Fixed "contains electronic signature" clause from booking confirmation email if agreement is custom
- Removed refund section from bookings since its implementation is not complete
