Summary
This update adds a master calendar view to the bookings home page so owners can see their bookings overlayed on a monthy/year calendar.

- Added new bookings calendar component
- Updated bookings home page to use bookings calendar by default
- Added new property filter to bookings calendar
- Added new color field to property schema
- Updated property pages to allow customization of the color that is displayed on the bookings calendar
- Updated compatiblity meta tag for IE to target IE8 instead of IE7
